About the Presentation: Our scoping review team will present findings from a scoping review of the literature at the intersection of technology-based interventions, substance use/disorder treatment and people who identify as African American/Black, Hispanic/Latinx, and American Indian/Alaskan Native.  This review was launched with an eye towards understanding whether this literature highlights health equity promoting research strategies and/or technologies.  We will cover the full trajectory of our work including protocol development, the results of a separate publication (under review) of a similarly designed tobacco-focused review, as well as the results of the main scoping review.  Results will focus on the range and nature of technology-based interventions, access/inclusions variables, and the race/ethnicity consciousness (‘explicitness’) of the review dataset.  We will also offer a critical appraisal of the literature.
