Take Care of You is comprised of eight modules grounded in cognitive behavioral theory and motivational interviewing (e.g., exercises balancing pros and cons of alcohol use), as well as adherence monitoring, feedback, and reminders. The modules are designed as stories with six fictional characters who appear at key points to encourage reflection. Module topics include strategies for goal achievement, common problems, craving, dealing with slips, meeting your needs, and maintaining success.
