The intervention consists of 8 modules released weekly over the course of 8 weeks on mindfulness skills, reducing harmful drinking, emotion regulation strategies, and skills to tolerate distress. Each session introduces 2-3 new DBT skills via a brief video segment. Participants can also complete interactive and guided practices and homework. Each session takes about 30-50 minutes to complete.
