Falzah Farooq is a post-baccalaureate research coordinator in the Scalable, Accessible Treatments for Eating Disorders and Related Psychopathology (SATED) Lab. She earned her BS in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her prior research experience in an eating disorders lab shaped her interest in sociocultural influences on eating pathology. Building on this foundation, she is interested in exploring how digital interventions can be integrated with culturally sensitive approaches to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of eating disorder assessment and treatment.
