Members of the Project DIADA (Detection and Integrated Care for Depression and Alcohol Use in Primary Care) team, from the NIMH funded implementation research project “Scaling Up Science-based Mental Health Interventions in Latin America”, recently participated in a webinar series sponsored by World Bank Group, PHCPI, and SaluDerecho.
The team (Lisa Marsch, Carlos Gomez-Restrepo, Magda Cepeda, and Willlam Torrey) shared their experiences, including challenges and opportunities moving forward, in the presentation, “Colombia DIADA Project: A model of care for depression and risky use of alcohol based on the use of technologies”.
This was the first in a series of presentations focused on primary mental health care in Latin America. More information about the series can be found on the SaluDerecho website.
