Several CTBH Investigators presented at the Technology Innovations for Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders Conference at the White House. This event was sponsored by the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, in partnership with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology and the National Institutes of Health.
The goal of the conference was to promote the dissemination of innovative, evidence-based technologies to advance substance use disorder and mental health treatment. The conference included a series of panel discussions on innovative technologies for substance abuse treatment, mental health care, and wellness. The conference also explored the future of health information technology for behavioral health.
CTBH’s Director, Dr. Lisa A. Marsch, provided the keynote address at this meeting and several CTBH Affiliates and Advisory Board members also presented and participated in panel discussions, including Drs. Sarah Lord and Dror Ben-Zeev.
