The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, in partnership with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT and the National Institutes of Health, are hosting the Technology Innovations for Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders Conference to be held September 16, 2013 in Washington, D.C. CTBH’s Director, Dr. Lisa A. Marsch, will provide the keynote address at this meeting and several CTBH Affiliates and Advisory Board members will also present and participate in panel discussions, including Drs. Sarah Lord and Dror Ben-Zeev. Please join the meeting which will be broadcast live from the White House.
The purpose of the conference is to promote the dissemination of innovative, evidence-based technologies to advance substance use disorder and mental health treatment. The conference will include a series of panel discussions on innovative technologies for substance abuse treatment, mental health care, and wellness. The conference will also explore the future of health information technology for behavioral health.
