Arnav Pondicherry is currently a fourth-year psychiatry resident at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and a graduate research scientist at the Jacobson Lab. He is interested in the use of digital technologies such as mobile applications and wearable sensors, combined with machine learning algorithms, to study, diagnose, and treat mental illness at scale. Within the lab, he is involved in the development and maintenance of the Mood Triggers mobile application, as well as the design of a contactless heart rate sensor using computer vision algorithms. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, swimming, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
